Music IRL

Experience a day as an MTSU music student!

Curious about what it is really like to study music at MTSU? MUSIC IRL invites prospective students to spend a day inside the MTSU School of Music, experiencing the people, programs, and opportunities that make our community come alive.

Join us on Tuesday, November 3, 2026, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. for a full day designed to give you an inside look at life as an MTSU music student. You will have opportunities to visit classes, rehearse with MTSU ensembles, meet faculty and current students, and explore the Music Fair to learn more about our programs and areas of study.

Lunch is provided, and there will be plenty of time to ask questions, make connections, and imagine what your own MTSU experience could look like.

Space is limited, so you must register in advance.
