Feedback/Communication & Funding Requests

• Music Advisory Box – Promote faculty and student accomplishments, ask questions, or leave feedback (goes directly to Dr. Snodgrass).

• Website Update Request Form – Submit any changes to the School of Music website if you notice outdated information, a broken link, or something that needs to be added or corrected.

• Funding Request Form – Required for faculty and student travel allocations. Use this form to request funding for Travel, Guest Artists, Recruiting, Instruments, and Supplies.

• Permit Request Form – Please use this form for ALL permit requests firsts before emailing Debi with further questions.

• Faculty Absence Form – Please complete if you plan to miss more than 48 hours of instructional time. All questions should be directed to jennifer.snodgrass@mtsu.edu
