School of Music
Digital Badges
Digital badges are online credentials that showcase your skills, achievements, and experiences beyond the classroom. At the MTSU School of Music, badges recognize the ways students contribute to our community, grow as musicians, and prepare for future careers.
You can display your badge on LinkedIn, your résumé, or digital portfolio as a verified credential from MTSU.
Why Earn a Digital Badge?
- Share a verified credential with employers and graduate schools
- Strengthen your performance, service, and industry experiences
- Reflect on your growth and the impact of your contributions
Showcase Your Success
- Once you are approved, badges can be added to your LinkedIn profile, résumé, or portfolio.
- They highlight the skills and experiences that set you apart — inside and outside of music.
More information about these and other Digital Badges offered by MTSU are available at https://www.mtsu.edu/badges/
